Who is responsible
AXIO NORD is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question or request, write to studio@axionord.com.
Data we collect
Order and inquiry details: your name, contact details, delivery address, the configuration you selected and the correspondence we exchange about it.
Newsletter: your email address and the record of your consent.
Technical and security data: basic server and security logs generated when you use the site.
Bag data: the contents of your bag are stored locally in your own browser and reach us only when you place an order.
Purposes and legal bases
To take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a contract with you (orders, payment, production and delivery).
To comply with legal obligations, including accounting and consumer-law record keeping.
For our legitimate interests in operating the site securely, preventing abuse and improving our service.
On the basis of your consent for marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with the service providers we need in order to operate: hosting, database, email delivery, transport and delivery partners, accounting and professional advisers. They act on our instructions and only for those purposes.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.
International transfers
Data is processed within the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside it, we rely on a lawful GDPR safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer them and to handle any follow-up.
Order and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we retain only the minimal record needed to honour your opt-out.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Write to studio@axionord.com and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Cookies and local storage
We use only storage that is necessary for the site to work, including the local bag stored in your browser.
No non-essential analytics or marketing storage runs on this site. If any is introduced, it will not be activated before the consent required by law is obtained.
Security and updates
Access to order and inquiry data is restricted to authorised operators and protected by authentication and database-level access rules.
