Shipping & Returns

Objects are manufactured in Estonia only after your order has been approved in writing. Production takes six to eight weeks before dispatch.

We deliver across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Larger objects travel by two-person delivery to the room of your choice.

Delivery cost and timing are quoted individually for each order and confirmed in writing before payment.

Products are manufactured after written approval and may be configured to your individual choice or specification, including model, finish, dimensions, materials or other agreed details. Where the item you buy is not prefabricated and is made to your specifications, or is clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply. This exception applies only to genuinely customised or personalised items: if AXIO NORD later offers a standard, non-personalised stocked product, the applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain.

This does not limit your mandatory rights for goods that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the agreed specification. Please write to studio@axionord.com promptly with your order reference and photographs, and we will provide the remedy required by law.

Before your order is accepted in writing, an order request can be withdrawn at any time. After acceptance, any change or cancellation requires written agreement; we will consider reasonable requests before production starts, but no automatic right of cancellation is granted.
